5.0 star star star star starDr Mary is very knowledgeable and helpful. She takes her time and gives a lot of insight into what’s happening with our new baby. She’s realistic which is something that’s missing in other practices.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Mary has a direct way about talking about concerns about your child’s health you have as a parent. She is thorough in addressing them, but not over dramatic. She takes a pragmatic approach and lets you know if it is something that is of immediate concern or something to keep an eye on.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Mary was extremely kind, thoughtful, and patient. She took the time to listen, ask questions and make sure our sick kids received the treatment they needed. Because of this they are doing much better. Even though the office was busy, she made sure that she took the time needed to help us even though she is not our regular dr. I am extremely appreciative.

5.0 star star star star starThere is not enough space on this form to define the reasons this doctor is recommended. She is compassionate without being soft. Her technical skills and knowledge are unrivaled, PERIOD, MIC DROP! I have a special needs daughter she had treated since birth, now 16. Dr Mikhailov had helped us navigate the unknown for a child with so many issues with unknown etiologies, leveraging all of her skills and technical networking to care care for our "[ ]" that I would put her up for Sainthood if I were a Catholic! NW does not understand how important she is and under recognizes her efforts treating children like my "[ ]" as well as allowing her to overwork herself providing insufficient space and time to do the magic nobody else can or will do for us. She is the Bar by which we judge other physicians and none have come even remotely close to her skill, care, output, tenacity, humanity and spirituality (that she is not allowed to express) but blinds in her personal work ethic and ability to connect.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
